I created Recharged Resilience, LLC in 2022 to support adults who are tired of feeling “too much,” “not enough”. Many of the people I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in survival mode.
While I have personal experience navigating neurodivergence myself, and supporting a neurodivergent family member, I also work with anyone who’s struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or just needs a safe space to be heard and understood.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and practical. I’m not here to overanalyze your every thought or hand you a list of things you “should” be doing.
Counseling

I provide counseling for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or simply needing a supportive space to talk things through. I work with the general adult population and welcome individuals at all stages of life who are seeking clarity, balance, and meaningful change.
I also specialize in supporting the neurodivergent community, with a strong focus on adults with ADHD and parents of neurodivergent children — offering practical tools, understanding, and support rooted in both professional training and lived experience.
Life Coaching

Coaching focuses on practical, forward-focused support around goals, motivation, routines, boundaries, confidence, and navigating everyday challenges that can feel surprisingly hard.
I coach adults that struggle with burnout, self-doubt, or feeling “behind.” Life coaching is also helpful for clients navigating life transitions, identity shifts, parenting demands, and the desire for meaningful change without the pressure of perfection.
Neurodivergence
Whether you’re learning to better understand your own brain or supporting a neurodivergent child or loved one, this work focuses on practical strategies, emotional regulation, and sustainable self-care. You don’t have to navigate a world that wasn’t built for neurodivergent minds alone.
